Shipping Policy

Dear customers, my website is currently under development, so at the moment, I can only ship within the United Kingdom.

Order Processing For products that are in stock, we aim to process orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive the order confirmation email. The delivery time may vary depending on your location, but generally, it will be between 2 to 14 days for in-stock products.

Made to Order:
If the product is not in stock, the processing time is longer, usually taking 2 to 3 weeks due to the production time. Rest assured, we prioritize providing our customers with the highest quality service by ensuring the excellence of each product.

In the United Kingdom, shipping is free for all products.
Shipping We provide free international shipping to the USA, EU Countries, Canada, Mexico, and Georgia. For all other countries, we offer free shipping on orders above GBP 120. For orders below GBP 120, a flat shipping rate of GBP 23.99 will apply.

Taxes and Duties
Please be aware that your order might be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. If such charges apply, they are your responsibility as the customer, and Vicky's Dreams is not responsible for them.

How Can I Track My Order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping  confirmation email, kindly reach out to us at vicky@vickysdreams.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away. This will allow us to promptly address the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized and customized orders, unless there is a significant quality defect. In such cases, please contact us at vicky@vickysdreams.com with your return request.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval of the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
